• We ship our products via the FedEx Overnight Perishable service. Orders are typically shipped between Monday and Thursday to ensure delivery on a weekday. We do not ship on weekends.
• We strive to have your package delivered between 10 a.m. and noon the following day after shipment. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns or issue refunds if the product arrives damaged or unsatisfactory.
