Monte Cristo Caviar uses the cleanest water from a well with a depth of 120m. Power is used from renewable energy sources – the solar batteries. The second hanger is used to prepare fish for spawning at low temperatures, the caviar, and fish processing department.

Laboratory

Our laboratory is equipped with the most modern equipment to diagnose and check ripening caviar, as well as to control the declared quality of the product. To do this, we use the ultrasound scanning equipment, as well as special industry equipment.

Traceability

We understand the importance of traceability, so we ensure that each of our tins is labeled properly with an identification code. This code confirms that the caviar originates from legal breeding facilities and informs you about sturgeon type, origin, year of production, and producer or repacking plant.
